The machine comparison below still stands as the upgrade path. # Design ## Why not a BN-20 (even though KB-3D runs one) The BN-20 is a 20" eco-solvent integrated printer/cutter. It's a genuinely great machine, but the economics only work at square-footage volume, and the failure modes punish exactly the usage pattern described here. | Issue | Detail | |---|---| | Purchase price | Used units run **~$1,500–$3,900** on eBay.
