# Email to Fastmail Support 2024-03-14 Hi Support, I'm experiencing an issue I'm stumped by -- I'm getting "550 5.7.0 Foreign Policy Violation" hard bounces back any time my wife sends an email to any address at the YNHH.org domain. Looks like they're using proofpoint. They are a massive healthcare org in our state and I won't have the ability to work with them on their end to resolve. As far as I can tell from MxToolbox and DMARCIAN my SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration seems to be fine. I'm hoping maybe there is something obvious I am missing to fix?
