## Step 1 - Clean Assembly
- [x] Swap in Erik revised Y Idler
- [x] Swap in Erik revised Y tensioner
- [x] M3 x 16 SHCS
- [x] Swap in revised X idler
- [x] M3 x 35 SHCS
- [x] Swap in revised Z idler
- [x] M3 x 35 SHCS
- [x] Swap in revised X motor mount
- [x] Swap in revised Z motor mount
- [x] y_belt_tensioner_rear is missing M3 Square Nut (1x)
- [x] y_rod_holder_front_right is missing M3 Heatset Inserts (both 2x front and 4x back)
- [x] y_rod_holder_front_right is missing M3x10 SHCS (1x)
- [x] x_carriage_right is missing top M3 Hex Nut
- [x] Top Panel is missing all 8x M3 3030 Roll in (or printed) T-Nuts
## Step 2 - Export BOM from Fusion
## Step 3 - Identify BOM Improvements
- Verify that published BOM includes hardware (or not) for Stealthburner.
- Potentials to investigate
- ==Remove the M3 3030 T Nut from the BOM -- replace with printed part and heat set inserts!==
- ==IMO this is fine for the PSU, but discuss with team.==
- ==These are $0.79 each at KB-3D!==
- Top panel uses 8x M3x10 BHCS. SHCS could totally be used and possibly eliminate this part.
- Y Tensioner Front uses ??? BHCS + shim. SHCS + shim would probably be fine in practice and potentially eliminate need of this fastener.
- Y Tensioner uses M3x12 SHCS in Beta 1. Erik's proposed R1 part uses M3x16 SHCS
- M3x16 is already used for mounting rear part to Y carriage.
- ==Where else is M3x12 SHCS used that we can possible eliminate?==
- Raspberry Pi Mount could probably be tweaked to use M3 Heat Set Insert + M3x10 SHCS
- Nighthawk-SB could probably be tweaked to use M3 Heat Set Insert + M3x10 SHCS
- 5VDC Buck could probably be tweaked to use M3 Heat Set Insert + M3x10 SHCS
