## CoreOne - 2025-07-21 - Noticed substantial peeling in corners using Prusament ASA profile (0.20 structural) with PolyLite ASA @ 110C plate temp. Even though I had added mouse ears. - ![[IMG_3869.jpeg|300]] - My Reddit Post: [Struggling with ASA Adhesion on CoreOne : r/prusa3d](https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/1m5l8i6/struggling_with_asa_adhesion_on_coreone/) - Longer preheat --> hit Go when Chamber Temp = 50C - Textured Build Plate has better adhesion? ``` - Build plate cleaned with fragrance fee soap and water. - If cooling is good, I actually up bridging speed. Like 50mms, and then set the rest of the speeds to like 80mms perimeter and 100mms infill. - Fan on constant. At 80mms perimeters if put the fan speed to 20%, and 30% on bridges. - Preheat the enclosure before printing. Manually set the build plate to 110c for 30-60 minutes before printing to help the enclosure warm up. - Some prints are tricky with ASA, but full brims can help. It's both to prevent curling up, but it also helps insulate the plate right where the print connects to it. ``` - "I just printed this on a Bambu p1s in ASA. I had to preheat for 30m and add a brim. 100c bed temp worked fine." - "Brim type: Outer brim only; Brim width: 3mm; Brim-object gap: 0.3mm" - TO TRY: - ==PREHEAT 30+ MINUTES== - ==Full Brim== - Try "outer brim only + 3mm brim width + 0.3mm brim-object gap" - ==Magigoo MPC2018 Adhesive== - Ordered 2025-07-21 - [Amazon.com: 3DLAC 3D Printing 3D Printer Adhesive for Adhesion to Heated Print Bed, Spray, 400 ml 13.52 fl oz : Industrial & Scientific](https://www.amazon.com/3DLAC-Printing-Printer-Adhesive-Adhesion/dp/B01HQ4KXZ4?crid=2NUGUVJ7QJN90&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.1YKKHd_FT0LsehG2uJAu2zB97T_mER9EpnKrzauJ02SwlcVs6ExEcNY2rnbkhNdH6sK2b7sM78c6Q-Uef3Pu1j-SU3t56TJkTQ0JsnQHufyefHQo5ATQNQcGs0rs8w1WzFUbzOVJbP0Rd8JsUHFQf4sbRt3SZ3X8gMwPaALn6wNEYM_-hB2ge4N_1DuAUBCBc-tt1IVrDNZUyfRZ9jsvSC3vXBpTaJwsAql8S1pu_B4.XRUJI4lzuf_MFUaOWwUCusmr1_uXquVGn5SipuzEK5A&dib_tag=se&keywords=3dlac&qid=1753112505&sprefix=3dla%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-3#averageCustomerReviewsAnchor - Alternative to glue stick
